Rooms can be grouped into room groups. This can be done for the following purposes:
General information recording
Searching the dashboard by room group
Creation of a single door sign for the grouped rooms
Prerequisite
The room group exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Rooms
Open the room you want to assign to the room group.
In the Floor section, first select the floor on which the room is located.
Then select the room group on that floor.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Repeat steps 1–4 until you have assigned all desired rooms to the room group.
The rooms are now grouped together in a room group.
Räume einer Raumgruppe zuordnen
Anleitung zum Zuordnen von Räumen zu einer Raumgruppe im Facility Management System.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Raumgruppe bereits existiert.
Navigieren Sie zu: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Rooms
Öffnen Sie den Raum, den Sie der Raumgruppe zuordnen möchten.
Wählen Sie im Abschnitt Floor zuerst die Etage aus, auf der sich der Raum befindet.
Wählen Sie dann die Raumgruppe auf dieser Etage aus.
Klicken Sie in der Symbolleiste auf Speichern.
Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 3-6, bis Sie alle gewünschten Räume der Raumgruppe zugeordnet haben.
