Assign the vacant spaces that are leased during a specific period to that period in order to determine the rent amount and document the lease agreement.
Prerequisite
The lease agreement and time period already exist
The outdoor areas to be assigned are already entered in the system
The outdoor area and the building are assigned to the same property
Recommendation: Assign open spaces only to a new time period. To do this, first close the previous time period and create a new one.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Property Management - Leasing - Lease Agreements
Open the lease agreement to which you want to assign one or more outdoor areas.
Open the new period.
In the toolbar, under Extras, click Add Outdoor Areas to Period.
Select the building to which the outdoor area is assigned.
Note: If you want to select from a list of all available outdoor areas, select "Clear selection..." in the Building field.
Enter a base rent factor or a price per unit.
Click Apply Outdoor Areas.
The outdoor area has been assigned to the time period. The base rent is calculated accordingly.
