You can specify which department uses a room. You can also assign multiple departments to a room and specify the proportion of the room each department occupies. You can do this either by selecting the department or by selecting the room.
Prerequisite
The basic data for the department and room have already been created
Procedure via the department
Path to the starting point: Basic Data - Departments
Open the department you want to assign to a room.
Click New in the Department Rooms section.
In the Room field, select the room to which the department should be assigned.
In the Percentage [%] field, enter the percentage of the room occupied by the department. If the room is used by only one department, enter the value "100" here.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The department has been assigned to the room for the specified percentage. It will be displayed and calculated accordingly in all evaluations and reports.
Procedure via the room
Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Rooms
Open the room to which you want to assign a department.
Click New in the Departments section.
In the Department field, select the room to which the department is to be assigned.
In the Percentage [%] field, enter the percentage of the room occupied by the department. If the room is used by only one department, enter the value "100" here.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The department has been assigned to the room for the specified percentage. It will be displayed and calculated accordingly in all evaluations and reports.
