Assigning costs to cost centers is necessary to ensure accurate space allocation.
Note: You can assign cost centers a percentage share of the costs. Please note that the share must be at least 0% and can be a maximum of 100%. If the room is used by multiple cost centers, you are free to distribute the total share among them to be more or less than 100%. Cost centers with a 0% share are charged an equal share of the room area.
If cost centers are assigned to a room, each cost center can be assigned a percentage value. This share of the room area will be charged to it in the billing. If the percentage value is set to 0, the cost center will be charged a residual share of the area, based on the areas not allocated to other cost centers (with a percentage value).

Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Rooms
Open the room to which you want to assign cost centers.
Assign the cost centers in the Cost Centers section.
Click Save in the toolbar.
The cost center(s) are assigned to the room.
