Assign buildings to a property

Assigning the building to the property is particularly important if you want to assign an outdoor area to the term of a lease agreement.

Prerequisites

• Building and property records are available

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Portfolio (BIM) - Property Cadastre - Buildings

1. Open the building you want to assign to a property.

2. In the Address section, select the corresponding property under the Property attribute.

3. Click Save in the toolbar.

The building has been assigned to the property.

Note: If you are currently entering your buildings for the first time, you can also enter them via the property. In this case, the assignment is created automatically.
