If a ticket recipient is not actually responsible for the required services described, they have the option to assign the service ticket to another service group with a different area of responsibility.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Open the service ticket via the link in the email or via the service list on the FM Portal homepage.
In the "Responsibility" section, select the appropriate service group from the "Responsible Group" dropdown menu.
Click Save in the service ticket toolbar.
The service ticket is forwarded to the selected service group.
