Identification

Information on the identification of the data record is stored in this info area.

Property	Description
monthly expenditure [minutes]	Display of the required effort per month for the selected lot in minutes. This effort is calculated automatically elsewhere.
Contract	Selection of the contract concluded with the contractor.
Code	Enter a freely selectable abbreviation for the lot (e.g. "AKS-Lot-1").
Name	Enter the full name of the lot (e.g. "AKS Lot 1 (Albin-Köbis-Strasse building)").
Company	Select the contractor responsible for cleaning the lot here. This information is crucial for the correct allocation and processing of cleaning orders in cleaning management and is therefore mandatory.
monthly costs [€]	Display of the costs for this lot in the current month.

List of rooms Quality Service types

This list shows rooms with their quality and service types that are assigned to the lot. New data records created here are automatically assigned to the selected lot.

Calculate lots

These actions are used to calculate the monthly costs of the lot in euros. They are then displayed in the form.

List of services

This report creates a list of the monthly services of the selected lot. Subtotals are calculated for each room and building. The cleaning type is also displayed for each room.

This report provides an overview of the cleaning services of one or more freely selectable lots within a freely selectable period.
