Import
In this info area, you can organize the import of meter readings that were recorded outside of eTASK, e.g. in Excel lists.
The import expects a text file, e.g. Import.txt with the 4 columns
- Meter number
from Technical building management - Energy consumption billing - Meters: Field "Meter number" - Meter reading
Numerical value without leading zeros with decimal places - Location
from Portfolio (BIM) - Property register - Locations: "Location code" - Meter type
from System control - Technical building management - Energy consumption billing - Meter types: Field "Meter type"
The first line contains the headings, the individual values must be separated with tabulator.
When saving in Excel, pay particular attention to the processing of umlauts. The counter type should also not contain any umlauts, as this could lead to errors when recognizing the counters.
Start the import by selecting the file and accepting the values. These are saved in an intermediate table, you have not inserted any meter readings up to this point.
Note the instructions in the "Status" column and follow them. You can check the data at any time and receive an output showing how many of the meter readings can be imported. Only import the data when all meter readings can be processed.
