Account statements imported manually or via the account call can be viewed here.

Workflow

Identification

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
bank account	Indication of the bank account.
Electronic account statement number	Indication of the electronic number of the account statement (not to be confused with the number of the paper account statement).
date	Specification of the date of the account statement (DD.MM.YYYY).
Opening balance [€]	Indication of the opening balance of the account statement in euros.
Ending balance [€]	Indication of the closing balance of the account statement in euros.

Release and booking

This PropertySet contains information on the release and posting of the account statement. It includes data such as the release date, posting status and associated processing notes.

Property	Description
release date	Specification of the release date (DD.MM.YYYY).
Booking date	Specification of the booking date (DD.MM.YYYY).

Account postings

This area lists the individual account postings on the account statement.

Document

This PropertySet comprises properties that relate to the physical or digital document of the account statement. It contains metadata such as document type, format and storage location.

Property	Description
SEPA Document	XML data for the account statement.

Journal entries

This PropertySet contains properties for journal entries that are associated with an account statement. It includes information such as posting date, amount and posting text that is relevant for mapping the individual transactions.

Account allocation

This PropertySet contains properties for assigning accounts in the context of account statements. It enables postings to be linked to the corresponding accounts and thus supports the correct posting and analysis of account movements.
