In this form, various escalation steps and the corresponding default times are created for each order type. The escalation times are determined on the basis of these standard times.
Identification

| Order Type | Displays / select the order type for which the tolerance time is defined. |
| Workflow Step | Select the workflow step for which the tolerance time entered in the next field is defined. |
| Total Time for Workflow Step | Enter the total time for which selected workflow step. Note: enter at least one hour due to the timer rhythm used in FM-Portal. |
| Unit | Select the time unit for the workflow step’s total time. |
