Use this form to create data records for activities performed by employees (e.g. fitters, welders, forklift drivers, etc.). You can select these in the "Employee examinations" form.

Identification

Remarks	In this field, you can enter additional information or comments on the activity performed. These comments serve to document important details or special features that could be relevant for the traceability or later evaluation of the activity.
Code	Enter a unique abbreviation for the activity here. This is used for quick identification and facilitates assignment in overviews. The abbreviation can be chosen freely, but should be meaningful (e.g. "SCH" for locksmith).
Name	Enter the full name of the job that the person performs here. This information is crucial for the correct assignment and identification of the job role in HR. A precise specification (e.g. "locksmith" instead of just "craftsman") enables the job profile to be recorded accurately.
