Navigation to this function
This list contains events that are assigned to a contract, e.g. the end of a rent-free period, the time of the next price negotiation and other freely definable dates that go beyond the termination dates in the main contract. When using the product 5118 "Workflow automated contract resubmission", automated reminder emails are sent and the upcoming events are added to the service lists of the responsible persons. If the workflow is not used, the list can still be used to document upcoming contract events.
Identification
In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.| Property | Description |
| Contract | Select the contract that is affected by this event. |
| Designation | Enter as clear a name as possible for the event, e.g. "end of rent-free period", "latest deposit receipt", or "end of special right of termination". |
| Date of the event | Specify when the event will be. |
| Remember from | Specify the date from which you want to be automatically reminded of the event. |
| Responsible group | Selection of the group to be informed about the event. If no group is selected here, the group that is assigned for the assigned contract type or contract category is informed. A new group can be created using the icon to the right of the field. |
| Done | Mark the event as completed and make sure that you are no longer reminded of it. |
