Navigation to this function

In this table, you can see all the features that are set in the BIM mapping and whether they have been set in the respective BIM profile. You can see from the traffic light view: green - features are set in the mapping and profile, yellow - the feature has not been set in the profile, red - the feature is not configured in the mapping.

This evaluation has a client filter that relates to the profiles.

List

Contains all properties that are displayed in the tabular list view.
PropertyDescription
Traffic lightThe traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column.
NoteThis field allows you to enter additional information or comments on the data controlling profile. Here you can enter relevant notes or explanations for other users to improve the traceability and transparency of the data mapping check.
ModelThis field shows the specific model or variant of the controlled object. It enables precise identification and filtering within data controlling, especially when searching for unmapped mandatory fields.
BIM mappingThis field contains information on BIM mapping, which defines the assignment between BIM elements and database fields. It enables the structured transfer of data from BIM models to the data controlling system and is crucial for the correct interpretation of the imported information.
ProfileThis field shows the selected profile for data validation. It defines the specific rules and criteria according to which the data is checked for completeness and correctness. The selection of the appropriate profile is crucial for effective quality control of the data.
Mandatory field TypeThis mandatory field type defines the type of mandatory field in the data controlling profile. It determines which information must be recorded in order to ensure data quality and completeness. The correct selection is crucial for effective validation processes and data analyses.
TableThis field shows the table in which unmapped mandatory fields for the BIM profile are recorded. It is used for overview and control purposes as part of data controlling to ensure that all required fields are assigned correctly.
ColumnThis column allows column names to be entered and displayed as part of BIM mapping and profile management. It is used to identify and assign specific data fields for data controlling and the validation of mandatory fields.
Data typeThis tooltip shows the data type of the selected field. It provides information about the type of information that can be stored in this field and helps to classify and process the data as part of data controlling.
Table (technical)This field shows the technical name of the table that is relevant for data controlling. It is used for unique identification and helps with the assignment of mandatory fields and unmapped fields as part of data validation.
Column (technical)This field shows the technical name of the column in the database. It serves as a unique reference for the assignment of data fields and is particularly important for configuration and troubleshooting in the context of data controlling.
Name of the IfcEntityThis field shows the IFC entity (Industry Foundation Classes) of the current element. It enables the clear identification and classification of parts or components in the BIM model and is important for the correct assignment and processing of data.
GroupThis field shows the group to which the current profile or mapping belongs. It enables structured categorization and facilitates the search for related elements in data controlling.
FeatureThis field indicates a specific characteristic or property in the context of data controlling. It is used for the detailed categorization and analysis of unassigned mandatory fields in the context of data validation and BIM mapping.
TypeThis field shows the type of mandatory field that has not been mapped. It helps to identify and categorize fields that have not yet been mapped in the BIM mapping and thus supports the completeness and quality of the data validation.
