Categories 1-3 in the tender (here category 3) offer a flexible way to further subdivide the criteria of the tender. The categories can be freely defined.
Identification
In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.| Property | Description |
| Superordinate category | Subject area to which this criterion belongs, e.g. a specialist module such as cleaning or similar |
| Code | Enter a short name for the third available category for the tender criteria here. |
| Designation | Enter a long name for the third available category for the tender criteria here. |
| Responsible | Responsibility for this category in the case of multi-supplier procedures |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
