Delivery items

The delivery item is part of the delivery. The data of the individual items of a delivery are recorded in the delivery item. In addition to the delivered quantity, it is possible to specify the status of the delivered item.

Property	Description
Order item	The order item clearly identifies an article within a delivery. It enables the precise allocation and tracking of individual items in the procurement process, from the order to the delivery.
Delivery date	This field shows the planned or actual delivery date for the ordered items. It is important for planning and monitoring the delivery process as part of procurement and helps with the coordination of goods receipt and logistics.
Short text	This short text serves as a concise description of the delivery item in the procurement process. It enables quick identification and differentiation of items or services within a purchase order or delivery order, which supports the efficient management and tracking of deliveries.
In this delivery	This field shows the number of items contained in the current delivery. It provides a quick overview of the scope of the delivery and helps with the planning and control of incoming goods in the procurement process.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
