This group contains features for displaying and presenting monitoring status information. It includes visual elements and display options for the user interface.

| Traffic light | Displays the current status of HSEQ monitoring in the form of a traffic light. Green indicates smooth processes, yellow indicates a need for attention and red indicates critical situations that require immediate action. This visual representation enables a quick assessment of the health, safety, environmental and quality situation. |
| Note | The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular. |
| Monitoring code | Abbreviation for the monitoring process, is defined in the process itself. |
| Monitoring Designation | Long designation for the monitoring process, is defined in the process itself. |
| Periodic examination | When the monitoring is created, it is determined whether it is a regular check or one caused by changes to the assignments. |
| Room code | Code of the room that is taken into account for this monitoring of function and building. |
| Room designation | Designation of the room that is taken into account for this monitoring of function and building. |
| Room Type of use | Type of use according to DIN277 of the room that is taken into account for this monitoring of function and building. |
| Coordinator first name | First name of the coordinator responsible for the tested function in this room. |
| Coordinator Surname | Last name of the coordinator responsible for the tested function in this room. |
| Coordinator e-mail | E-mail address of the coordinator responsible for the tested function in this room. |
| Authorized representative First name | First name of the authorized representative responsible for the tested function in this room. |
| Authorized representative last name | Last name of the authorized representative responsible for the tested function in this room. |
| Representative e-mail | E-mail address of the authorized representative responsible for the tested function in this room. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |

This group includes attributes that are relevant for the export and external transfer of HSE monitoring data. It contains attributes for controlling and documenting the export of data from the system.
