Use this form to assign one or more hazard numbers to waste types. Hazard numbers are legally prescribed markings for identifying the hazard posed by a hazardous material. If several hazard numbers have to be assigned to a waste type, they are assigned in sequence.

| Sequence position | Position at which this hazard number is to be displayed in the sequence if several hazard numbers are assigned to the waste type. Lower values are displayed first. |
