Token

This data object manages API tokens that are used for authentication and authorization when using interfaces. It stores essential information such as the token itself, the associated user, the issue date and the issuer. The object enables the control and tracking of API access and thus supports the security and management of integrations with external systems or applications.

Identification

In this info area you will find information that can be used to identify the data record. This is usually the code and the name, together with other important information.

Property	Description
API Token	The token is generated automatically when saving
Users	Name of the user to whom the token was registered or issued. All queries are made in the context of this user.
Date of issue	Enter here when the token was issued.
Issuing user	Select here which person from the list of persons has issued the token.
Valid from	Date from which the API token is valid
Valid until	Date until which the API token is valid (incl. the last tag)
