Use this webform to define payment due dates which you can then assign to contracts in order to define their payment due dates (e.g. "Quarterly at the end of the quarter").

| Code | Enter an abbreviation for the payment due date. |
| Payment due date | Enter the full name of the payment due date. |
| Sorting | Enter the position of the payment due date when selecting payment due dates via the corresponding combobox. The first position is indicated with the sort no. "0", the second with "1", etc. |
| Text/Description | Description for the calculation of the payment due date |
| Number of days Due net | Number of days added to the 1st of a month or to the invoice date. |
| Number of days discount | Number of days to be added to the invoice date until which a discount is granted |
| Cash discount rate [%] | Default for new invoices |
| Calculation at the beginning of the month | Specifies whether the calculation of a payment due date should take place from the 1st of a month. If the checkbox is activated, the value from the following month is taken into account, otherwise the number of days is added to the invoice date. |
| following month | If the calculation of the payment date at the beginning of a month is activated, the respective following month is used to calculate the base month. A 0 stands for the month of the invoice date. |
| SQL calculation formula | An SQL command can be entered here. The variable "$DATUM§" is replaced by the invoice date. Entering a calculation formula overwrites the values entered for days and months. |
| Standard for lease contracts | Indicate whether the payment due date should be entered as the default payment due date for tenancy agreements. |
