This group contains features for displaying and presenting information about the bookability of vehicles. It includes visual elements and display options for the end user.| Property | Description |
| Traffic light | The traffic light refers to the other fields and any missing or incorrect information. Further information can be found in the "Note". The traffic light is red if the vehicle cannot be booked at all and turns yellow if the vehicle can be booked in a past or future period. Vehicles with a green traffic light are available in the vehicle booking. |
| Note | Please follow the instructions. If a vehicle is not offered for booking, it will tell you why. |
| License plate | The license plate number stored on the vehicle |
| Status | The status stored on the vehicle for this vehicle. |
| Booking type | Description of the possible booking for this vehicle. "Self-drive" or "Only with professional driver". |
| Driving license class | Abbreviation of the driving license category required to drive this vehicle. |
| Driving license class long text | Long designation of the driving license category with which driving this vehicle is permitted. |
| Seats incl. driver | Number of seats available in the vehicle, including space for the driver. |
| Bookable from | Date from which the vehicle is available for booking. |
| Bookable until | Date until which the vehicle is available for booking. |
| Professional driver last name | The surname of the professional driver assigned to the vehicle. |
| Client | The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help. |
| First name | The first name of the professional driver assigned to the vehicle. |
