| Option exercisable until | Selection of the date up to which the option can be exercised. |
| Contract | Selection of the contract to which the option applies. |
| Option number | Enter the serial number of the option for this contract. |
| Term [years] | Enter the term of the option as a number of years. |
| Option exercisable Number of months before end of contract | Indication of how many months before the end of the contract the option can be exercised. |
| Option drawn | Indicates whether the option has been exercised. |
| Contract extended until | Selection of the date until which the contract was extended. |
| Remark | Enter comments on the option. |
