This group contains characteristics of sub-projects within a customer project. It includes information such as the name, status, duration and employees responsible for the sub-project.

| Name | Meaningful name of the sub-project. This name serves as an identifier in the course of the sub-project, including in quotations, invoices, documentation, etc. |
| Description | Rough textual description of the objective and content of the sub-project |
Planning values
This group includes characteristics for planning and forecasting project resources and results. It includes key figures such as planned costs, sales and times for customer projects.

| Consider in financial planning? | Indication of when the sub-project is to be included in the financial planning in the specified performance period. The value of the sub-project is distributed evenly over the months of the performance period. |
| G/L account | Specification of the G/L account in which the sales of this sub-project are to be planned. |
