Navigation to this function
Preconfigured views of the building data can be offered in the BIM Explorer with the help of display variants. The assigned display set is used to select which BIM classes are available in the display variant. In addition, one or more stamps can be assigned as well as a legend, i.e. a color coding of various elements/objects according to a predefined structure. The display variant is assigned to a display group and can be selected via this in the BIM Explorer.

| Designation | Enter a freely selectable abbreviation for the display variant. The display variant is listed in the BIM Explorer under a combination of this name and the code. |

| display set | Selection of the display set for the display variant. The display set is used to select the elements/BIM classes and objects that are to be displayed in the display variant. |

| legend | Selection of a legend. With the help of a legend, elements/BIM classes and objects can be highlighted in color according to a predefined structure, e.g. for different types of use of the areas. |
Stamp selection
Selection of the stamps to be assigned to the display variant. Stamps can be used to display information on elements/BIM classes or objects directly in the building.See also: Stamp

This list shows the display groups to which the display variant has been assigned.See also: Display Variants for Display Group
Eligible in these groups
Rights groups can be used to define to whom this display variant should be made available in the BIM Explorer. In this way, it can be determined that the display variant is only available to a certain group of people.See also: Rights to display variants
