years

Cost center distribution keys can be created for each year in order to divide a total item in an incoming invoice between several cost centers. If distribution keys and key values have already been created for a year, these can be copied to the following year using the "Create year" function.

Identification

Information on the data record’s identification is entered in this section.

Property	Description
Year	Enter the year for which a distribution key can be enabled.
KE active	Indicate whether the distribution key has been enabled for the specified year.

Here you can see a list of all distribution keys for the selected year.

Create year (copy of last year)

This is where you create a new year. To simplify matters, all cost allocation keys including the associated cost center values from the previous year are copied and automatically added to the newly created year.
