Approvals Status

The "Approvals status" report provides a clear summary of the most important information about the current approvals in your workflow. Here you will find the ticket number, which serves as a unique identifier for the respective ticket, together with the current workflow step, which indicates which phase of the approval process the ticket is in. The status shows you what stage this approval has reached in the workflow and what type of workflow step is currently active. You will also find the person responsible in the form, i.e. the person who is responsible for the ticket in the workflow step displayed. This evaluation is integrated into several other forms whose workflow supports a release step. You will get the best overview if you look at the evaluation in the context of the respective workflow.

View

This view shows the current status of approvals in the system. It provides a quick overview of ongoing approval processes and their progress.

Property	Description
Ticket number	Returns the number of the ticket for this release.
Status	Shows the status that this release has in your workflow. This corresponds to the type of the current workflow step.
Workflow step	The "Workflow step" shows the current step in the approval process that the workflow is currently in. This step defines the phase or task that is currently being processed. It serves as a guide to recognize which actions are required next and what status is associated with them.
Responsible person	The "Responsible" field indicates the person who is responsible for the current ticket in this workflow step. This person is responsible for processing and making decisions in this phase of the workflow. Here you can see who should carry out the next action and serve as the contact person in case of queries.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
