This evaluation provides an overview of the data status of all the customer's users from a marketing perspective with the help of a traffic light and appropriate information.


View

This group contains features for viewing and displaying the controlling users in the account. It defines how the information is prepared and displayed for the end user.
PropertyDescription
Traffic lightThe traffic light display provides information on whether there is an error or a warning.
NoteThe note supplements the traffic light with more detailed information about what may be wrong with the user.
CustomerReference to the customer to which the user belongs
Profile / Target groupThe profile or target group selected on the account is specified here.
UserName of the user assigned to the account.
eMailEmail address of the user.
ActiveIndicates whether the account is active or whether the customer has canceled.
Online accountIndicates whether the account's application is hosted in the eTASK Cloud (yes) or installed on premise at the customer's premises (no).
Contact address for customersIndicates the contact address via which the customer must communicate project-specific topics
ClientThe logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
Focus of interestIndicates the user's main area of interest. Multiple areas of interest for one user lead to multiple lines for the same user in this evaluation.
Mailing statusIndicates the status that has been set for the user.
Release email dispatch active?Indicates whether the check mark Releasemail dispatch active? has been set for users.
Access customer centerGitb indicates whether a user name has been assigned to this user. This is a prerequisite for accessing the customer center.
Access not activatedIndicates whether a password has been stored for the person. Access to the customer cneter has only been activated at least once if a password has been stored.
