Areas according to superordinate departments

This evaluation provides an overview of the types of use of the rooms (type of use according to DIN 277-2) of a department for which there is a superordinate department, summarized for each department.

This group contains search criteria for areas according to superordinate departments in accordance with DIN 277:2016. It enables the targeted filtering and evaluation of area data according to organizational units.

Property	Description
Traffic light	Red: There is an area without a type of use. Yellow: There is an area with usage type 0.0 (not according to DIN 277). Green: All areas have a type of use according to DIN 277.
Note	The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
Location Code	Specification of the location code with a link to all rooms at the location.
Superordinate department	Indication of the superordinate department with a link to all rooms in this department.
NF 1 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 1.x in m².
NF 2 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 2.x in m².
NF 3 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 3.x in m².
NF 4 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 4.x in m².
NF 5 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 5.x in m².
NF 6 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 6.x in m².
NF 7 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 7.x in m².
NF ∑ [m²]	Indication of the total usable area (types of use 1.x to 7.x) in m².
NF Number	Specification of the number of assigned types of usable space for all rooms in this department.
TF 8 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 8.x (technical areas) in m².
VF 9 [m²]	Specification of the area with types of use 9.x (traffic areas) in m².
TF Quantity	Specification of the number of assigned technical area types for all rooms in this department.
VF Quantity	Specification of the number of assigned traffic area types for all rooms in this department.
