This evaluation has a client filter that refers to the area billing data.

This group contains features for searching and filtering area accounting data. It allows the user to search for specific accounting information and limit the view accordingly.

Property	Description
Traffic light	The traffic light gives a colored indication of the status of the data. A more detailed description can be found in the Traffic light Note column.
Note	The note in this column gives you further information on the displayed traffic light color. Follow the instructions to be able to change red and yellow traffic lights in particular.
Billing profile	This field shows the selected billing profile for area billing. It defines the rules and criteria according to which the costs for the use of the area are calculated and allocated.
Settlement run	This field shows the current billing run for area billing. It allows you to track and check the status and progress of the billing process for the selected area.
Settlement date	This field shows the date on which the area settlement is carried out. It is important for the chronological allocation and traceability of settlement processes in area management.
Code area	This code uniquely identifies the billing area of a space. It is used for the allocation and filtering of areas in billing and enables a structured evaluation by area.
Area Designation	This field shows the name of a specific area within the area management. It is used to clearly identify and differentiate between different areas or zones, which is important for precise allocation during area accounting.
Company code	The company code is an organizational unit for financial accounting and cost accounting. It is used to delimit business areas within a company and enables a separate evaluation of financial data for different parts of the company or locations.
Room	This field shows the unique code of the room that is relevant for space accounting. It enables quick identification and allocation of rooms within building management.
Cost center	This field shows the code of the assigned cost center for area accounting. The cost center is important for the correct allocation and billing of costs in the context of space management.
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
Room Area	This field shows the total area of the room in square meters. It serves as an important basis for space accounting and helps with efficient room planning and utilization in building management.
Share [percent]	This value shows the percentage share of the room area in the total area. It is used for area accounting and distribution and helps to analyze room usage and cost distribution within the building.
Surface area	This field shows the area of a room or part of a building in square meters. The area information is important for space planning, cost calculation and efficient use of space in space management.
Type of service	This field shows the type of service provided as part of the area accounting. It helps to categorize and assign services, which is important for accurate cost recording and analysis in space management.
Service type Price	The price for the selected line type of billing is stored here.
Surcharge	This surcharge represents an additional amount that is added to the basic rent or costs of a space. It can have various reasons, such as location, equipment or special conditions of use, and influences the total cost of the space settlement.

Excel export

This feature group contains properties that are relevant for the Excel export of the area accounting view. It includes attributes that can be displayed in the exported Excel file and used for further analyses.

Property	Description
billing month	The settlement month indicates the month for which the area settlement is created. This information is crucial for the chronological allocation of the billing data and enables precise monthly cost recording in area management.
released	This field shows whether the area accounting has been released. A release means that the data has been checked and is ready for further processing or export. This is an important status indicator in the area management billing process.
