Application contact details

All relevant contact details for an onboarding process are stored here. The list can be accessed via the "Contact details" section in the onboarding order.

This feature group contains attributes for the display and visibility of contact data in the application context. It controls which information is visible and accessible to users.

Property	Description
Employees e-mail	Specification of the e-mail address at which the employee who is to join the company can be contacted. For internal employees, this is the company's internal e-mail address; for external employees, this is the e-mail address that will be used for the collaboration.
Employee mobile number	Enter the mobile number of the employee who is to join the company.
Employees Phone	Enter the telephone number of the employee.
Supervisor e-mail	Enter the e-mail address of the person who is the superior of the employee to be trained.
Supervisor Mobile number	Specify the mobile number of the supervisor.
Supervisor Phone	Enter the telephone number of the supervisor.
Supervisor e-mail	Enter the e-mail address of the person responsible for onboarding the employee.
Supervisor mobile number	Specify the mobile number of the supervisor.
Supervisor telephone	Enter the telephone number of the supervisor.
