This evaluation provides an overview of the data available for a form in the portal.

Search

This group contains features for limiting and filtering the displayed data sets. It enables a targeted search and selection of specific data records within the total quantity.

Property	Description
Menu path	Specification of the path in the menu to the web form for which the data set is displayed.
No. of data records	Specifies the number of data records available for this form.
Form data [KB]	Specifies the size of the data associated with the form in kilobytes.
No. of documents	Specifies the number of documents that have been uploaded to a form.
Document data [KB]	Specifies the data size of the documents uploaded to the form in kilobytes.
Data volume [KB]	This field shows the total amount of processed data in kilobytes. It is used to monitor and analyze the volume of data in the relevant system processes and helps with resource planning and performance optimization.
Data volume [MB]	This field shows the total amount of stored data in megabytes (MB). It allows you to quickly record and compare the memory requirements for specific data records or areas.
Data volume [GB]	This field shows the total amount of data in gigabytes (GB) that is relevant for the current data set. It allows you to see the amount of stored or processed data at a glance and compare or analyze it if necessary.
