Allocate costs to annual budgets

Requirement

• The annual budget is already available

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Property Management - Budget Management - Costs of Project Measures

1. Click New... in the list's toolbar. An empty form opens.

2. Fill in all required fields. If necessary, refer to the form structure (accessible via the help icon in the FM Portal) for guidance.

   In the Cost Source input field, enter a description of the cost source that is understandable to others.

3. Click Save in the toolbar.

After the budget project is recalculated, the entered costs will be added to the actual costs in the annual budget, the budget item, and the project budget.
