Create reminders

• Recommended interval:

• Description:

  This timer job checks whether reminders for invoices need to be generated and creates the corresponding reminders if the following conditions are met:

  1. The invoice has a due date.

  2. The invoice has been released.

  3. No payment reminder suspension has been set for the invoice.

  4. The payment due date has been exceeded by the number of days specified in the corresponding dunning level (System Control - Property Management - Dunning - Dunning Levels).

  In addition, this timer job checks whether payments for invoices that have already been sent reminders have been received in the meantime, and changes the reminder status for these to “04 | Reminder completed” if necessary.

  If, on the other hand, the "After contract expiration" checkbox is selected, values must be present in the Info section with the following notice period.

  Otherwise, the values will not be determined.

  Note: This timer job includes the timer jobs “RequestsController.CheckSetHandlingTimeStatus” and “RequestsController.CheckEscalation,” which can be controlled separately. If this timer job is disabled, the sub-timer jobs will not run.

  3. Starts the processing method designated for the document type; for example, for “10.01,” the ticket number is read from the barcode in the upper left corner, the three checkboxes are evaluated, and the results are written to the “Service Feedback” table. Depending on the value of the first checkbox, the workflow status is updated.

  4. For each alias listed in the "Email Receiving Addresses" table, a folder with the same name is created on the Exchange server, if it does not already exist. For each of these folders, two subfolders named “Processing Failed” (processing could not be completed due to a (system) error) and “Processing Unsuccessful” (processing was completed, but the analyzed document contains incorrect or incomplete information) are created, if they do not already exist. If processing is faulty or unsuccessful, the emails are moved to the corresponding folder. If processing was successful, the email remains in the main folder and has "PROCESSED" added to the subject line. The specified reply emails are sent depending on the processing result.
