Administrative offenses

This data object is used to record and manage administrative offenses as part of fleet management. It enables the documentation of violations of traffic rules or other relevant regulations committed by drivers in the company fleet. The stored information supports compliance monitoring, cost controlling and driver assessment by providing a central overview of the type, frequency and details of infringements.

Administrative offense

This feature group includes properties relating to administrative offenses. This includes information such as the type of offense, the facts of the case, the amount of the fine and relevant data on the incident.

Property	Description
Comment	Open text field for notes or comments on the process.
Internal ID (Data ID)	The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record.
Date	Date of receipt/letter received for the infringement.
Driver	Person who was driving the vehicle at the time of the infringement.
Misdemeanour	Nature of the infringement committed. Further violations can be entered in the master data.
Vehicle	Vehicle, which was driven at the time of the misdemeanour.
Penalty	Punishment, which is called for the violation.
