The stored information supports compliance monitoring, cost controlling and driver assessment by providing a central overview of the type, frequency and details of infringements.
Administrative offense
This feature group includes properties relating to administrative offenses. This includes information such as the type of offense, the facts of the case, the amount of the fine and relevant data on the incident.| Property | Description |
| Comment | Open text field for notes or comments on the process. |
| Internal ID (Data ID) | The internal ID, or data ID, is used within the application to uniquely identify the data record. |
| Date | Date of receipt/letter received for the infringement. |
| Driver | Person who was driving the vehicle at the time of the infringement. |
| Misdemeanour | Nature of the infringement committed. Further violations can be entered in the master data. |
| Vehicle | Vehicle, which was driven at the time of the misdemeanour. |
| Penalty | Punishment, which is called for the violation. |
