You can customize the colors used to display service categories in the Service Request app.
Procedure in the FM Portal
Control Panel - Infrastructure Building Management - Service Ticket - Service Categories
In the App Appearance section, select the desired color under the Category Color property.
Click Save.
The service category will be displayed in this color throughout the entire process, from selection to editing to completion.
