Active representations valid today

All active substitutions that are valid today are specified in this evaluation. It also checks whether there is a substitution chain because a substitute is being substituted again. The evaluation can be used to check why a specific workflow ticket is not with the expected user. The evaluation only processes substitutions for which the check mark for "active" is set. These have a direct influence on the routing of the tickets.

This PropertySet contains search criteria for active vacation substitutions on the current day. It enables a targeted query of currently valid substitution rules in the vacation workflow.

Representative valid today	This person is the current representative, taking into account all chains of representation.
deposited representative	This is the representative originally appointed by the represented party.
valid from	Period from which the substitution applies to the deposited representative.
valid until	Time until which the representation is valid for the deposited representative.
Representative (1) of the deposited representative	The originally deposited representative has himself deposited this person as a representative, who is now taken into account.
valid from	Period from which the substitution applies to the representative (1).
valid until	Date until which the substitution applies to the representative (1).
Representative (2) for representative (1)	This person has been entered by representative (1) as an active representative and is taken into account for the workflow.
valid from	Period from which the substitution applies to the representative (2).
valid until	Date until which the substitution applies to the representative (2).
Representative (3) for representative (2)	This person has been entered by representative (2) as an active representative and is taken into account for the workflow.
valid from	Period from which the substitution applies to the representative (3).
valid until	Date until which the substitution applies to the representative (3).
Client	The logical client is visible at this point. This is always 01 as long as the client separation has not been activated. Please refer to the help.
