Smart Reservation

Enable the ReExSynchronizeRooms timer job so that bookings made in the Outlook add-in or on the Exchange Server are transferred to the FM Portal.

Procedure in the FM Portal

Path to the starting point: Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration - Timer Jobs - Job Management

Open the "ReExSynchronizeRooms" timer job.
Check the "Active" checkbox.
Click Save in the toolbar.
If you check the box "Transfer subject from OWA booking," ReExSynchronizeRooms will transfer the subject that users specify during booking during synchronization.
