You can use the data from a lease agreement to activate the respective tenant for participation in eTASK.Serviceticket.
Prerequisite
eTASK.Rental is installed
The lease agreement already exists
Procedure in the FM Portal
Path to the starting point: Property Management - Leasing - Lease Agreements
Open the lease agreement for the tenant you want to activate for eTASK.Service Ticket.
Click on Tools in the toolbar - Activate Tenant Hotline/Service Ticket.
A personnel record for the tenant has been created in the personnel list (Basic Data - Personnel List). The tenant can log in using the credentials stored there and thus request service tickets.
