If users are to log in via Microsoft Entra ID as a single sign-on solution—meaning you do not want users to log in separately to the FM portal—you must configure IIS and enable automatic login.
Open the FM portal.
Open System Configuration (Control Panel - Portal Options - Portal Administration -
System Configuration).Open the "AUTOLOGIN" configuration parameter.
Enter "1" in the configuration value field.
Click Save in the toolbar.
Note: If you enable this feature, you can only book rooms with an Exchange connection from the portal if you first manually log out and then log back in. However, booking rooms via Outlook is still possible.
