| Read | Indicate whether users in the group may read data records in the selected menu item. |

| Change | Indicate whether users in the group may change data records in the selected menu item. |
| Mass change | This indicates whether a user in the selected group has the right to make mass changes for this menu item. |
| Delete | Indicate whether users in the group may delete data records in the selected menu item. |
| Mass Deletion | This indicates whether a user in the selected group has the right to mass delete for this menu item. |
| Deactivate | This indicates whether a user in the selected group has the right to deactivate data records for this menu item. |
