You can use this audit table to check which clients' data each person is allowed to see and on the basis of which group this authorization is granted. You will only see people in this list who are assigned to a logical client whose data you are authorized to access.

This group contains features for the display and presentation of client rights in the audit context. It includes visual properties and display options for the user interface.
PropertyDescription
Client codeThe short name of the logical client to whose data access is granted.
Client DesignationThe long name of the logical client whose data can be accessed.
Group CodeThe short name of the group via which a person has gained access to the data of the logical client.
Group DesignationThe long name of the group through which a person has gained access to the client's data.
Group DescriptionThe description of the group through which a person has gained access to the client's data.
Admin groupThe group is an administrator group. They always have access to the data of all logical clients.
Standard groupThis group is a standard group. Every person who can log in to the portal automatically inherits the rights of this group.
Personnel numberThe personnel number of the person who has been given access to the client's data.
First nameThe first name of the person who has been given access to the logical client's data.
SurnameThe surname of the person who has been given access to the logical client's data.
User nameThe user name of the person who has been given access to the data of the logical client.
e-mailThe e-mail of the person who has been given access to the data of the logical client.
Access sinceFor normal or admin groups, the date of assignment to this group is displayed here. For standard groups, the date on which the group was created or, if this is later, the date on which the personnel data record was created.
Last loginIndicates when this person last successfully logged in to the portal.
