The focus of this overview is on the accesses granted to persons and the sources from which they originate. The person can either come from the personnel list or be entered as free text when issued to a company, for example. Additional columns are available for displaying the location reference. Persons without access are not listed. Depending on the access type, the filter for logical client separation takes into account the client from the locking system or the client from the access profile.
Access granted for
This PropertySet summarizes information about the areas or zones for which a person has been granted access. It shows at a glance which access rights the person has within the organization.

| Client | The client is used to control the display of the individual lines with rights to logical clients. The client is taken from the locking system or the access profile as a filter. |

| Output to | Here you can see which type of recipient has been granted access. This can be a person from the personnel list, a company, a department or a rental agreement. |
| Person | Here you can see who has received the key. This can either be the person selected from the personnel list or, if the key was issued to a company, department or rental agreement, you can see the free text entry for the recipient here. |
| Company | Here you will see an indication of the company where this access can be found. Either by issuing a key directly to the company, or by issuing it to a person or department belonging to this company. If access is granted via an access profile, this is the company of the person who received the access. |

Locking system
This PropertySet contains properties for managing and configuring locking systems for access control systems. It includes information on keys, cylinders and authorizations within the system.

| Cylinder group | In the case of access via the direct issue of keys, this is the cylinder group that can be opened by the key group of the assigned key. This assignment is made in the locking matrix. If an access profile is assigned, this is the group of the cylinder that is directly assigned to the profile. |

| Door | The door represents the installation location of the cylinder and forms the bridge between the locking system and the room and thus the structural data |
| Cylinder | This is the specifically installed cylinder derived from the previous assignments. |

| Locking system | The name of the locking system to which the cylinder in this line belongs. |
Personal data
This PropertySet contains personal data such as name, date of birth and contact information. It is used to manage personal data in the context of the access overview.
