The panel displays the status of the drawing for the linked element in the building structure. If it is present in the storage path, the DWG icon is marked with a green traffic light symbol

and the DWG can be opened using the Open button; if the DWG is missing, the icon is displayed in red

If a DWG is already open, the

1	Icon of a building or house with a green plus symbol, labeled "New" in blue text below	Generate and publish selected drawing as SVG	This function allows you to upload a layer status to eTASK as a colorable and navigable graphic. The AutoCAD drawing is then available as an SVG graphic to all users, even those without CAD knowledge. SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphics and enables lossless scaling of graphics with a small file size. Thus, AutoCAD drawings can be displayed in eTASK via this format and enlarged as desired. It serves for navigation and the graphical representation of alphanumeric data in the database.
2	Icon of a document with DWF file extension, representing a DWF format file or document type	Create and publish selected drawing as DWF	This function allows you to load all layouts of the linked floor plans as a DWF document in eTASK. Layouts from linked files can be automatically loaded into eTASK as a DWF document. It is advantageous if all plot settings are already defined for the layout.
3	PDF file icon with green background and white text "PDF" displayed in red letters	Generate and publish selected drawing as PDF	This function allows you to load all layouts of the linked floor plans as a PDF document in eTASK. The currently selected layouts are generated as a PDF file and automatically loaded as a document on the floor in eTASK.
4	Icon for DWG file format, showing white text "DWG" on blue background with folded corner	Link the DWG to the floor	This function allows you to link an open DWG file to a floor in eTASK. A new record is created in the “AutoCAD SVG, PDF, DWG” list, and the DWG file is uploaded to the record.
5	File icon for SVG vector graphics format with blue background and white text displaying "SVG"	Open SVG in the portal	Opens the CAD viewer in eTASK with the corresponding floor plan SVG.
6	Icon of a document with an arrow pointing upwards, representing an upload or export function in a software interface	Upload DWG to the portal	Use this function to upload the DWG to the portal. Currently, the existing DWG will be overwritten.
7	Icon of a document or form with horizontal lines representing text, enclosed in a dark square button	Open Portal Web Form	Opens the form for the data record in eTASK where the DWG and SVG files are stored.
8	Icon of a folder outline with thick white lines on a dark background, representing a file directory or storage location	Open folder in Explorer	This function opens the local path in Windows Explorer where the DWG file is saved during editing.

Before selecting a DWG

Load drawing

If a DWG has not yet been opened in AutoCAD, the function

Download and open DWG from the portal.

Left-clicking on this function opens a new window where you can choose between Open Locally and Open from Portal.

Open Locally: The linked DWG file on the local computer is opened. This function is only active and can be selected if a DWG file is already present on the computer.

Open from the Portal: The DWG for the respective floor or building is downloaded from eTASK and opened.

Depending on the last edit status, a date and time are displayed at the bottom when selecting between Open Locally and Open from the Portal. The current date of the last edit is always highlighted in green. The older edit status is highlighted in red. If the local edit status is displayed in green because it is the current edit status, the DWG can be uploaded to the portal using the
